Refund policy

Customers have 10 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange. To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified, and the exchange process will begin.

Please note that monetary refunds are not offered — exchanges only.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, while the seller will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged item.
